Poet seeks to build a house for mentally challenged twins

An award-wining poet, Obert Dube has embarked on an initiative to construct a proper house for 55year old mentally challenged twins from Lupane. 

Speaking to Community Podium, Dube said he is in the process of sourcing funds and building material for the construction of the house.

“I am moved by the plight of the twins who are currently staying alone”

I’m currently sourcing funds to build a home for twins who are mentally challenged. They stay alone, neglected by the community. They are staying in Jambezi Lumbora Sidinda area.

One of the twins is Ackim Sibanda and his condition is much worse such that he does not wear any clothes. I’m looking for building material for the construction of proper thatched house. Those who would like to assist in the cause are very much welcome.
