Residential stands for sale in Victoria Falls

The city of Victoria Falls is inviting members of the public with “demonstrated capacity” to acquire and develop stands to visit housing offices in Chinotimba between 24 and 28 April as the local authority looks to develop its high and medium density Kazungula Residential Scheme.
According to a statement seen by Community Podium, first preference will be given to first time home seekers.
” Allocation will be based on First -in First Out (FIFO) on high and medium density waiting list of not later than 31 December 2020 and preference will be given to first time home-seekers.”
Town clerk Ronnie Dube further notified residents that beneficiaries will be required to pay an initial deposit of US$ 3 000 (high density) and US$5 000 (medium density).
“The remaining balance shall be payable over a period of 18 months,” he said.
Dube said said those willing to apply are advised to bring their waiting list, national identity document and other relevant documents that support their application.
