As we grow, we are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as local representatives in Plumtree, Kezi, Gwanda, Matobo and Esigodini, bringing our services closer to communities. Successful candidates will work closely with our main office.
Position: Graduate Civil Engineer (x5)
Location: Plumtree, Kezi, Gwanda, Esigodini & Matobo
Key Responsibilities
Manage and run the office in your assigned location, delivering civil and structural engineering services.
Conduct site investigations, including inspections, measurements, risk assessments, and site investigation reports.
Promote and market the company’s services to local communities and liaise with District Councils and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and build professional networks.
Provide innovative and practical structural design solutions for clients.
Handle payments from local clients responsibly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
Registered with a professional engineering body (e.g., ECZ).
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other engineering tools.
Fluent in English and local languages.
Adaptable, reliable, sociable, with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
